As co-General Chair of the PHM Society Conference, I would like to commend Roxanne Rose and Yvonne Lopez for their tireless efforts, always-cheerful attitude, and remarkable effectiveness in helping to organize and then to execute our conference.  This is my second consecutive year of being General Chair, and in nearly 34 months of cumulative effort, I have yet to find a problem that Roxanne could not quickly resolve, and in fact, very few issues that she did not simply anticipate ahead of me.  It is not an overstatement when I claim that this conference simply could not have been made a reality without the energy, effort, and overall competence of these two professionals.
